Earn Money through Google AdWords

Google Adwords :
Google AdWords is a pay-per-click advertising program. When you perform a search on Google, the results will be in the main body of the page, and over on the right-hand side will be a column of small adverts, each with a link to a web page.

These are AdWords ads, and if you click on a link in any of the small ads, the person who is running that particular ad will have to pay Google a certain amount. This is what is meant by pay-per-click.

1. You need to create a Google AdWords account before you can use Google AdWords. The main account creation page from the link above has an excellent Help section. The AdWords Beginner's Guide is a good place to start: https://adwords.google.com/support/aw/bin/answer.py?hl=en-GB&answer=153759

2. You should start by finding the best keywords and phrases to use in your AdWords ad. These are the keywords you will bid on. They will obviously be highly relevant to the product or service you are selling. Start by using the Google keyword tool: https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal

3. Enter a broad relevant term in the field, enter the characters in the field indicated, and click the "Get keyword ideas" button. This will return a list of keywords and phrases. Look for keywords that have a good search count and relatively low competition. In the "Choose columns to be displayed" drop down box, choose "Show Estimated Avg CPC." This will show you how much each keyword is likely to cost you for every click. Choose several good keywords with a cost per click that you can afford.

4. Log into your Google AdWords account. Click on the Campaigns tab, and click on the New Campaign button. Give your ad campaign a name and follow the instructions on the page, choosing the options that apply. Be careful setting your budget per day. Keep this fairly low until you get used to what happens. Keep your budget to what you can afford.

5. When you click Save and Continue at the bottom of the page, you will be taken to the Create Ad Group page. Name the ad group and create an ad. Enter your keywords in the box and click the Save Ad Group button.

6. On the next page your ad should be ready to go live. Enable it through the drop down box next to the green circle next to the keyword.

There are other things you can do to make your ad work better for you. Browse through the Google AdWords account interface. There are plenty of Help sections available, so make use of them.

Start off slowly and cautiously. You can lose a lot of money with Google AdWords if you are hasty and careless. Set up a second ad for the same keyword and test it against the first one. When you see that one of the ads is clearly performing better than the other, keep that one and start a new second ad. Always test and keep the best performing ad, deleting the least performing ad and replacing it with another.

Earning Money Online through Web Surveys

Earn Money Online through Surveys :

If you want to earn money online surveys could be the answer. There are a lot of good reviews about doing this, but there are also a lot of poor reviews too. For the newcomer to this idea, it might all seem a bit too confusing. However, once all the information is broken down, it should all become a lot clearer to allow you to make up your own mind on the matter.

First of all, it should be pointed out that, like so many other things in life, online surveys are not all the same. There are some very good surveys, some mediocre one, and of course, some very bad ones.

The companies involved with the surveys often differ greatly too. Some are great and some are terrible. Some pay well and some pay poorly. Just saying that surveys are good or that they are bad is not enough; you have to be much more specific.

To earn money online surveys are fairly easy to get started with. Surveys will probably work best for you if you are a fairly typical person of a particular group, and also if you live in a reasonably urbanized area. If you are a hermit living under a rock in the desert, surveys are probably not for you. At least, the research companies running the surveys most likely won't be all that interested in what you have to say.

People get paid to take surveys because companies need to know what ordinary people think about certain  market products. It's a form of research, plain and simple, that the companies who produce a certain product undertake to try and increase their profits. They act on what people tell them to try and make their product more appealing to the typical person of a certain group.

That is why the companies concerned are prepared to pay people like you for your opinion - it can make them more money! Of course, your opinion alone won't make much difference, but the opinions of many people can and do. And if your personal opinion isn't really useful to the company, they can't very well refuse to pay you for taking part. That's why everyone gets paid, regardless of what individual opinions are.

You may be wondering how to start, how to earn money - online surveys here I come! Well, it's fairly easy to get started. There are lots of companies who have gathered all the information about online surveys together in one spot. One useful resource is Paid Surveys At Home.

Through joining these companies you can have access to all this very valuable information. You will discover where to apply for taking surveys, and once you do, you will be on the company lists. If a survey comes up that you are suited for, you may be asked to participate in it. If you do, you will get paid.

The surveys are all different. They may be about floor cleaning products, or pet snacks, medical appliances or the latest movies. In short, if it's being sold somewhere, there's probably a survey being conducted about it, and people are being paid to give their opinions about it. It could be you next.

Earning Money through Data Entry

Earn Money through Data Entry Programs :

Data entry work involves, as its name implies, entering data into forms, word processors, spreadsheets, or specialized software. This is work that can be done at home. It is usually a laborious type of work that doesn't pay very high, but it is usually also easy to do, which makes it attractive to many people.

Data entry work is well suited to those who need some extra money every month. Students often turn to this kind of work, as well as housewives and busy mothers with small children. It is work that can be picked up and dropped again easily, and the extra money at the end of a month can buy some personal luxuries, or pay a few bills too.

There are many places online where you can find lists of companies requiring data entry work from ordinary individuals. Among the better resources for locating data entry work can be found at My Data Team . These resources let you purchase directories containing thousands of companies, all of them offering pre-screened data entry jobs.

As with most of the work available online, data entry work attracts those who try to scam others. In fact, it is considered that for every legitimate data entry job there are probably 30 scams available. However, the good news is that they are usually easy to spot.

Don't be taken in by hyped up claims. If the claim seems too good to be true, then more often than not, it is exactly that - too good to be true. If the claims of earnings are modest, but believable, then you have probably found legitimate data entry work; scammers don't bother being believable. They want people to become emotionally excited about what they can earn, which is why sensible people so often fall for the worthless scams.

Not all the hyped up claim are outright scams. Sometimes they are bolstered up to sound better than the reality. Money can usually be earned, but perhaps not as much or as easily as the original claim suggested.

Data entry can be many different things. It can be the transcribing of printed documents into a digital form, usually into a word processing software program. It can be entering data into a database also using printed documents. It can be preparing reports, editing records or creating lists, or it can be submitting adverts to certain websites.

The people who find data entry work the easiest are those who are fast typists. In fact, the faster you can type, the easier data entry work becomes. A typing speed of at least 40 to 50 words per minute with a high level of accuracy is the usual standard required. While most companies offering data entry work don't expect perfection every time, they will expect an accuracy level of around 98% or better.

Data entry work is not glamorous, but it certainly can help with various payments every month. It's a very easy way to earn money online. However, always check every offer very carefully, especially if you are being asked to part with money.

Earning money through Blogging

Earn Money Online through Blogging :

Thousands of people earn money blogging. It is arguably the easiest way to make some money if you like to write. All you have to do is tell people about something you enjoy writing about. If you do it often, you will get followers, and if enough people follow you, you will have a means of earning money.

However, there are a few important details to iron out before you start. The first thing you should decide is which blogging platform you should use. One of the easiest to use is Blogger.com . Blogger.com is owned by Google, so they are certainly a reliable company that will be around for a long time.

You can start a blog on Blogger.com for free. Just go to the website at http://www.blogger.com/ and follow the simple instructions for signing up. Another popular free blogging platform is WordPress.com . They operate in a similar way to Blogger.com.

Another option is to host your own WordPress blog on your own server space with your own domain name. This is not the easiest option for the newcomer to the Internet, but for those who wish to try it, you can download the WordPress software free with full installation instructions from http://www.wordpress.org/.

Once you have your blog set up, you are all set to earn money blogging. The first thing to do is make a post about something that people will enjoy reading. It is probably best to choose a topic and stick to it. Don't try to be everything to everyone. You'll only end up being nothing to no one. Keep a tight focus on one niche topic and don't ever try to cover too broad a range.

In fact, most people think they are tightly focused on a niche topic when in reality they all over the place. Take this article, for example. Here we are attempting to cover the broad topic of blogging, which is acceptable.

However, if you really want to earn money blogging, and, for example, your chosen topic is also about blogging, you would be better advised to narrow your focus down to say, blogging with WordPress, or blogging with Blogger, and not try to cover the entire range of blogging.

The reason for this is that you will get much more faithful followers doing it this way. Your followers will be seeking information on a specific, tight topic, and if you cover it, and cover it well, they will be interested.

You need to submit a post every day at least. Don't post too often. That will only confuse people; once a day is fine in most cases. You also need to make your blog popular and have it rank highly in the search engines. The best way to do this is to get as many back links pointing to your blog, all using you chosen topic as the link text.

Now we come to how to actually earn money blogging. Well, once you have your blog with a good number of followers, all very interested in what you have to say, you can monetise your posts by adding Google AdSense , for example. This is probably the easiest way.

Earning through Google-Adsense

Earn Money Online through Google Adsense :

Google AdSense is an advertising program run by Google Inc. The program can serve relevant ads to any participating web page through the insertion of a special piece of code in the HTML code of the page. Visitors do not need to buy anything from the ads for the publisher to make money, which is why the AdSense program is so popular.

When a visitor to a web page clicks on an ad, Google gets a portion of the revenue, and the publisher, the person who owns the web page, also gets a portion. Google doesn't reveal what the percentage split is between them and the publisher, but it is probably around 50% each.

The potential revenue that can be earned through Google AdSense is variable. Some ads will pay out more than others. It depends on the subject of the ad. A term like "mortgage," for example, commands a relatively high payout, while one such as "cutting wet grass" will only pay out a few cents.

Anyone can apply for a Google AdSense account, but not everyone will be accepted. Here are some tips on how to apply for a Google AdSense account:

1. You need to build and establish at least one website to show to the staff member who will check it. A simple way to do this is to create a free Blogger blog and add a number of high quality posts to it over the course of several weeks.

2. Build the blog on a single niche topic. Don't try to cover everything, or cover too wide a range of topics. For example, don't create a blog on "Vacations" in general but you could create one on "Vacations in the Smokey Mountains of North Carolina." Be specific and tightly focussed.

3. Post to the blog regularly. Every day is fine, but more regularly is probably too often. Once a week is fine too, but it will take you longer to build up a quality blog that way. The staff member checking the blog to see if you should get a Google AdSense account or not is looking for potential growth, among other things. Show that your blog can and will grow with quality content.

4. Your blog needs to have a good flow of regular traffic coming to it every day. Build back links to the blog to increase its ranking in the search engines. Write articles, each with a link back to the blog, and post the articles in various article directories. Don't just write one article though - write dozens!

5. You must read the terms and condition on the Google AdSense page before you apply for an account: https://www.google.com/adsense/localized-terms Read them carefully and make sure you fully understand what each point means.

6. When you are ready, and not before, go the Google AdSense sign up page and click the button that says, "Sign up now." Fill in the relevant information and submit it. Google will let you know in due course whether or not you have been accepted into the Google AdSense program.

Once you are accepted into the Google AdSense program, follow the instructions within your AdSense account pages on how to insert the AdSense code into the HTML code of your web pages.

Take a tour of AdSense from the login page , the link is in the middle of the page. The tour will familiarize you with some of the finer points of the AdSense program, and how to use it to make money. Good luck!

Earning through Facebook pages and Facebook ads

Earn Money Online through Facebook Ads :

There are a number of ways to earn money on Facebook , a highly popular social networking site. Facebook works by connecting friends and work colleagues together. Strangers can easily meet each other and become friends too. The emphasis is on social gathering and being helpful to each other.

Facebook runs an advertising program. Their social ads program is a bit like Google AdWords , the small column of simple ads that line the right-hand side of a Google search results page, but they differ in many ways.

Facebook social ads are not seen by nearly as many people as Google AdWords are, and they therefore do not have the same depth of reach. However, because of Facebook's highly social nature, those who do see the ads can be much more targeted, and therefore much more likely to be persuaded to purchase.

Like Google AdWords, the Facebook social ads work through the cost-per-click (CPC) model. This means that the person who runs the ad does not pay anything unless someone clicks on the ad. They will then pay an agreed amount every time someone clicks on an ad, though not every click is likely to result in a sale.

They may also pay through cost-per-impression (CPM). This is usually measured in thousands, and an agreed payment is made by the person running the ad for every thousand people who see the ad, whether they click on it, or purchase through it.

Some people sell through Facebook in quite ingenious ways. One way is to take full advantage of the estimated 60 millions people who are members of Facebook. One idea is to create a Facebook page that doesn't actually sell anything, but is all about a single topic. Nurture the page and get as many visitors coming to the page regularly, and then the fun can begin.

Instead of actually selling something yourself, approach merchants who already sell item that are the focus of your page, and off them advertising space. Don't just do it once, but find several advertisers and offer them all space on your popular Facebook page. Doing it this way you will most likely make a lot more than if you tried selling something directly yourself.

Facebook applications are big business for some. Developer applications do things. They do different things for different reasons. Advertising can be built directly into a cleverly built application, which of course is a smart way to go. If you can't build a Facebook application yourself, you could pay someone to do it for you and make money as a result of driving lots of people to your Facebook pages.

Getting lots of friends, creating lots of pages, and creating lots of groups on Facebook is one way that can lead to good profits, if you go about it the right way. This is a slow, but fairly sure way, as if you go too fast, Facebook is likely to ban your account.
